    3-4 months disruption after water escape

    I have been through 4 incidents in my 19 years and I can’t seem to get an answer to this. It seems to take our management 3-4 months to commence or settle a water escape matter (no fault of mine). There seems to be a live with it attitude while 3 quotes have to be sought and decided at least at 2 board meetings which to accept. Is this standard? Getting information is also difficult.
