I live in a very large and sprawling seniors’ only multistory condo building with several different classes of units. In compliance with Condo Act s. 44 (1) & s. 47 (1) (a) and Regulation s. 20.52, I have written the Board several very detailed, non threatening & non abusive, reminder letters requesting access to inspect specific documents in the Board’s possession regarding some very questionable decisions the Board has made in register a single SIUD, rather than separate SIUDs, that does not include some owners’ SIUD developer’s standard finishes, including mine and, to which the Board has never responded. Instead, the Board has filed harassment complaints against me with the police who told me I should stop writing the Board on this matter.

Can I be charged with harassment for writing the Board, in compliance with the Condo Act, if I do not stop? And, what are the other alternatives I have in order to make the Board respond to my request for information?I live in a very large and sprawling seniors’ only multistory condo building with several different classes of units.
