Our Board of Directors have been negligent in following the CPAct in how they have conducted business this fiscal year. The Board / Property Mgr both have ignored Owner requests re: Common Property maintenance issues. Owners who have submitted written requests for Minutes and Financials have not been provided with e-copies of any documents since April 27( Minutes) & May 31( Financials ). Fiscal year end is 36 days away.

IF we receive the 2022-23 Budget next week -as required by the CPAct – we are concerned it will be a farce. How do we remove the current Board and start over? Do we call a meeting of Owners and make a Motion, hoping to vote them out and vote replacement volunteers in? Do we petition Owners somehow in writing( I have heard about this at H Willis seminars but not sure what “petition” process is )? Do we have to wait for the AGM?

    Any direction is appreciated.appreciated.
