  Self-Manage or Contract with a Management Company?

  These two documents may help condominium corporations reach the right decision for them. Noce’s article doesn’t mention the need for board members (and owners) to educate themselves, using the available resources – see the ‘Resources’ tab on this website. It surprises many new owners to realise that they are essentially shareholders in a corporation, with the attendant responsibilities (as well as rights).
