I understand that grandfathering frequently means that a dog that was on its last legs all of a sudden becomes young and vibrant—drinking from the fountain of youth, no doubt?
Seriously, when dogs are grandfathered, owners often replace an old dog with a younger one because the condo board has no idea what I understand the dog looks like.
