    Hi @tgarratt What are the usual channels of communication between Owners, Board members and the condo management company?

    The response from the condo management company was unexpected, in my opinion, as Owners need to be able to communicate with Board members, usually through the condo management company. “Thank you for your input and here’s how to communicate concerns like this going forward” would be a more appropriate response.
