    Agree with Dana. Caution is essential.

    Remember the only authority for making expenditures or incurring costs is the condominium board of directors.

    You may not have liked what they did, but they were the decision-makers at the time.

    It is a difficult legal question: but to try to charge those invoices to people who were previously on the board would be almost impossible, unless you could prove negligence.
