    GREAT idea!

    Yes, I have given owners a warning letter and given them two weeks to clean up their parking stalls.

    I recommend letting the owners know the approximate cost to clean up the stall so they know how much they will be paying if they ignore the warning letter.

    Also, ask them to get their car fixed or it will be a recurring issue.

    Just a heads up that you’ll likely have at least one owner push back and say the stain was caused by a previous owner, but just remind them that when they purchased their residential unit and took possession of their exclusive use area that they also agreed to complete all maintenance responsibilities as well (per Condominium Property Act).
