    Good for you to take a gentle approach. We need good relations with our owners, even if we don’t always agree!

    I hate to ask the perennial question, but what do your bylaws say?

    Your concern about both property values and the overall cleanliness of the property is well-founded. Maintaining high standards is in the best interest of all.

    I like Dana’s approach.
