Thanks Mark. I definitely wouldn’t be in favour of having people drill holes into the wall to hang a clothesline or anything else. That would be damaging the building envelope. Plus the list of things people would then hang would be endless!
The one clause in the by-law reads that an Owner is not permitted to hang laundry other than within his Residential Unit.
Is this too restrictive in this climate, politically and environmentally speaking, that is.
