In condos, we frequently live close to each other and disagreements are not uncommon. Learning how to deal with these conflicts promptly, inexpensively and effectively, and maintaining our relationships within the condo, are essential.
Paul Conway, a dispute resolution professional, joins us for this interactive session. Please send your questions for Paul to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to Friday, June 17, 2022.
About Paul Conway
Paul Conway has been the Executive Director of the ADR Institute of Alberta (ADRIA) since 2014, where he has developed a deep appreciation for the potential of ADR in every sector of Alberta’s economy. Paul managed workplace conflict throughout the bulk of his 35 years as a Human Resources Officer in the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF), culminating with over 10 years within National Defence’s Workplace Conflict Management Program. As the Program’s LCol/Director of Operations, he led almost 100 mediators and trainers across Canada in the delivery of workplace interventions and skills training to shift the policies, practices and culture of conflict within National Defence. Paul believes passionately that ADR communication skills are life skills, and leadership skills, and that access to ADR options are critical to the success of all organizations, large and small. ______________________________________________________________________________________________
