Willis Law believes the new Prompt Payment and Construction Lien Act (formerly known as the Builder’s Lien Act) will affect condominium corporations and should cause them to change how they operate. This session will focus on the new legislation with very practical discussions on what the changes mean for condominium corporations. All our clients are encouraged to attend so that we can highlight the issues and provide practical considerations for Boards.
