Kalham Consulting purchased the assets of Wade Engineering's Reserve Fund department in 2022 to allow us to continue to service the Alberta market. We utilize an engineer to review mechanical/electrical components and an professional engineer authenticates (stamps) our reports upon completion.
We prepare Reserve Fund Studies complete with 30 year repair/replacement schedules. We also prepare 5-Year Board Plans and Annual Reserve Fund Reports for a supplemental fee. In addition, we provide other admin services, in particular for self managed condos.
