In this session, we will explore the real-world challenges of managing conflict among condominium boards, unit owners, and other stakeholders. Conflict is a natural part of any community, but at the condominium level it requires a thoughtful approach that recognizes the unique relationships between owners and board members.

Effective conflict management is not just about enforcing rules—it’s about communication, understanding perspectives, and finding practical resolutions that allow the community to move forward constructively. While litigation is sometimes necessary, it should always be considered a last resort.

This session will examine alternative strategies available to condominium boards to address and resolve disputes, reduce tension, and manage contentious issues as they arise—helping to foster a more collaborative, stable, and respectful condo community.
